How to activate the License Administration Portal for MindManager Enterprise customers?
The license manager of a company can find a special link to activate the License Administration Portal in the license certificate of the company.
Do not click directly on the link in the license certificate. Better to copy-paste the link into your browser.
Where can I find the registration link in the license certificate to activate the License Administration Portal? The picture below shows an example of the link:
The future administrator of the License Administration Portal has to create a new account by entering the email and creating a password.
Once an account is created, a confirmation email from noreply@mindmanager.com will be sent to the corresponding email address. To complete the account creation process, one need to click on the link from the email.
Once logged in successfully, you are the administrator of your License Administration Portal, and you can always log in via the following link:
https://cloud.mindmanager.com/admin
Please note:
The activation link on your license certificate can be used only once for the first-time activation. The person who activated the License Administration Portal is now registered as an administrator and can invite other administrators.
MindManager Support cannot see if your License Administration Portal has already been activated and who the administrator is.
If you do not remember if your License Administration Portal has already been activated or who the administrator is, we can only offer you to reset your License Administration Portal.
This would generate a new activation link for your License Administration Portal.
ATTENTION: the reset of your License Administration Portal will delete all existing administrators from your License Administration Portal.

Why do I have to create an account for MindManager?
Since the release of MindManager Windows 21 and MindManager MAC 13.2 in September 2020, you need a MindManager account to start your MindManager trial or register and activate your MindManager license.

What can I use my MindManager Account for?
Your MindManager Account gives you access to your MindManager perpetual license, subscription, and support services. It’s also your unique identity when using special features like MindManager Snap, Publishing, Co-Editing, or the MindManager app for Microsoft Teams if these features are included in your MindManager license contract.
Can I use my existing Mindjet credentials?
In most cases no. If you have a Mindjet Connect, Mindjet Files, Mindjet ID, or Maps for That account your previous credentials will not work, and you need to create a new MindManager Account.
If you previously created a MindManager account to use MindManager Snap, Publishing, or Co-Editing, then yes, you can use that account to sign-in.
I didn’t receive my email verification email
In some cases spam filters can block our emails, try whitelisting noreply@mindmanager.com in your email sender list. You can also try pressing the “Resend Email” button, be sure to give it a few minutes, sometimes emails can be slow to get to you. If you still haven’t received the verification email after trying the previous methods please contact via the following page.

MindManager may log out in a 30 days period. In this case, just login with your email and password. After the initial product activation, you don’t need to enter your license key again.
